Residential and Small Commercial - Single Phase, 60 cycle at 120/240 volts

Service under this schedule is limited to 10 h.p. motors or less without advance approval of the Cooperative. Service and rates provided hereunder are subject to the established rules and regulations of the Cooperative and are subject to change.

Consumers allowing control of a qualified water heater in accordance with the Cooperative's rules and regulations applicable thereto will receive a credit of $2.00 per month. **Closed for New Construction and replacement water heater under Rebate Program.**

The above rates will be increased or decreased the same amount as any charge or credit on the Cooperative's monthly wholesale power billing including any power cost adjustment, rate surcharge or fuel cost adjustment charge.

Charges under this schedule are billed monthly and payment for service is due upon receipt of the billing. A late payment charge of 1% will be applied to the total unpaid balance as of the 20th of the month. This charge is applied to the total unpaid balance including any unpaid late charges.

Billings under this rate schedule may be increased by an amount equal to the sum of the applicable sales taxes, fees or charges payable by the Cooperative and levied or assessed by any governmental authority on the service rendered. A monthly charge of $0.50 per consumer will apply relative to the Cooperative's established General Plant - Building fund.

Readstown & Four-Plex Units - Single Phase, 60 cycle at 120/240 volts

Available to consumers within the incorporated city limits of Readstown and four-plex units for single phase service. Service under this schedule is limited to 10 h.p. motors or less without advance approval of the Cooperative. Service and rates provided hereunder are subject to the established rules and regulations of the Cooperative and are subject to change.

Service under this schedule is limited to 10 h.p. motors or less without advance approval of the Cooperative. Service and rates provided hereunder are subject to the established rules and regulations of the Cooperative and are subject to change.

Peak Alert Rate - Over 50 kW Demand - Single or three-phase, at available voltages.

Available for all users requiring more than 50 kVA of connected transformer capacity. All subject to the established rules and regulations of the Cooperative and execution of Electric Service Agreement between the Cooperative and Consumer.

Reactive Demand Charge (at the option of the Cooperative) 25 cents/kVAR/month
Energy Charge

SEASONAL DEMAND CHARGE. The summer season is May 1 to October 30. The winter season is November 1 to April 30. The Summer Seasonal Demand Charge will be payable with the September billing. The Winter Seasonal Demand Charge will be payable with the April billing. The Cooperative may elect to bill the Seasonal Demand Charges on a budget basis.
SEASONAL PEAK PERIOD BILLING DEMAND. The Seasonal Peak Period Billing Demand shall be the average of the one hour peak demands of the Consumer that are coincident with the wholesale billing demand readings during the summer and winter season. The Consumer will be alerted to potential peak periods at least one-half hour in advance of the potential peak period. The Cooperative shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from Consumer load reductions or transfers to on-site generating equipment.
MAXIMUM BILLING DEMAND. The maximum billing demand shall be the maximum kilowatt demand established by the Consumer for any period of 15 minutes during the month for which the bill is rendered. In no month shall the maximum billing demand be less than 50 kW.
REACTIVE DEMAND. The reactive billing demand for the month will be the maximum amount of lagging kVAR established by the Consumer for any period of 15 minutes during the month for which the bill is rendered.

Available to all consumers for separately metered electric heating where electric service is also used for lighting or other purposes. Service and rates provided hereunder are subject to the established rules and regulations of the cooperative and are subject to change.

Summer (June, July, August)

Winter
Energy Charge 10.6 cents/kWh
The above rates will be increased or decreased the same amount as any charge or credit on the Cooperative's monthly wholesale power billing including any power cost adjustment, rate surcharge or fuel cost adjustment charge.
Charges under this schedule are billed monthly and payment for service is due upon receipt of the billing. A late payment charge of 1% will be applied to the total unpaid balance as of the 20th of the month. This charge is applied to the total unpaid balance including any unpaid late charges.

Controlled Dual Fuel Heating - Single and multiphase, 60 cycle at 120/240 volts.

Available to all consumers for separately metered space heating where electric service is also used for lighting or other purposes. Service and rates provided hereunder are subject to the established rules and regulations of the Cooperative and are subject to change.

Service shall be available for all hours except during periods of peak demand as determined by the Cooperative. During such periods, service shall be interrupted by use of a radio receiver or other automatic means provided by the Cooperative. The consumer is responsible for any electrical wiring required for the installation of the necessary control equipment.

October-May - Automatic Backup 6.7 cents/kWh
October-May - Manual Backup (this rate is CLOSED) 7.9 cents/kWh
June-September 10.4 cents/kWh

Controlled Storage Heating/EV Charging - Single and multiphase, 60 cycle at 120/240 volts.

Available to all consumers for separately metered space heating or electric vehicle charging where electric service is also used for lighting or other purposes. Service and rates provided hereunder are subject to the established rules and regulations of the Cooperative and are subject to change.

Service for charging the storage heating load will be limited to occurring between the hours of approximately 10:30 p.m. and 6:30 a.m. with the exception that an afternoon charge may occur at the discretion of the Cooperative. EV loads will be controlled between the hours of 1:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. The storage heating/EV load must be permanently connected to a separately metered circuit.

Energy Charge 5.7 cents/kWh
June through September kWh used on Electric Heat Meter 10.4 cents/kWh

Natural Air Grain Drying - Interruptible Rate - Single and multi-phase, 60 cycle at 120/240 volts.

Available to all natural air grain drying systems meeting the requirements established for such service by the Cooperative. Service and rates provided hereunder are subject to the established rules and regulations of the Cooperative and are subject to change.

Service shall be available for all hours except during periods of peak demand or system emergencies as determined by the Cooperative. During such periods, service shall be interrupted by use of a radio receiver or other automatic means provided by the Cooperative. The consumer is responsible for any electrical wiring required for the installation of the necessary control equipment.

If meter error is more than 2%, fee will be refunded.
Outdoor Lighting - at available secondary voltages
Available to all consumers for outdoor lighting service. Service and rates provided hereunder are subject to the established rules and regulations of the Cooperative and are subject to change.
Year-round dusk to dawn illumination provided by photoelectric controlled, LED (Light Emitting Diode) luminaire. Installation of necessary facilities shall be subject to the Cooperative's Aid to Construction (ATC) policy and as such, consumer contribution may be required for the line extensions, non-standard fixture and poles. In the case of special installations or where large quantities of lights are desired, a service agreement may be required. The Cooperative will provide for normal maintenance and repairs.

Metered
LED $6.50/month
